Function and Summary

The Pressurization Dehydrator is an important auxiliary equipment for communication system which is mainly used to be in charge of the waveguide or waveguide system in microwave station, radar station, satellite earth station, TV station etc. This equipment can automatically maintain dry air pressure specified in the communication feeder system in order to keep out of humming air and water and ensure the quality of transmitted signal.

LU-25CO is designed optimally to new generation of intelligent Pressurization Dehydrator and this series of machine features small size, high capacity, completely function, beautifully out-looking, reasonable inner structure and good manufacture and expansibility.

Main Features

2.1. Adopt large flow and high efficiency industrial grade of air compressor pumps and floating shock structures, effectively reducing the pump vibrations and noise. Specially designed limit device can avoid the products from impact damage to pump in transportation by exceeding the pump buffer limit.

2.2. With new design of control circuit, providing balance inflatable mode, solving abnormal operation condition during long feeders inflation.

2.3. Pressure measurement and display using silicon pressure sensors produced by United States, United States and NS company specific display chips, key parts all using imported components, providing long-term stable security for the control system.

2.4. All series of internal model power supply system use professional high frequency switching power supply components, among which the AC220V model use AC/DC module, DC48V use DC/DC and DC/AC combined power supply, improving the operation efficiency of the power system and voltage performance.

2.5. Multifunctional display and control panel, dynamic simulate analog display indicates the pressure value size, 0~99 counter displays 24 hours accumulative inflatable times, personalized blue LED flashing light indicate the inflatable status, users can visually understand the operation condition of the equipment.

2.6. The panel setup pressure programming switch, which can adjust maximum and minimum system operation pressure range, 2.5~25kPa ten levels dial operation, providing more than 24 programming combinations, which can start precise implementation when adjusting without having test instruments.

2.7. Desiccant replacement port setting external, users do not need to open the machine cover to replace the inside desiccant, maximum volume of desiccant up to 1.2L, weight 1KG.

2.8. With fault alarming function, the sound and light alarm indication will display when system errors, at the same time alarm interface output remote alarm signals.
